Good coaching,
for more people.

WayWise builds tools that help coaches get better at what they do, so that good coaching can reach more people. The first is CoMentor, a reflection app for coaches, starting its pilot this autumn.

Why WayWise

Two shortages, pointing at each other.

Coaching costs more per hour than most people early in their careers can spend, so many stop looking before the first conversation. At the same time, newly trained coaches struggle to get going: the ICF credential asks for client hours and mentor coaching, and good feedback on real sessions is scarce.

WayWise is here to work on that gap. We are starting with the coaches, because a coach who keeps learning is what makes good coaching worth reaching for.

Each side is short of exactly what the other has. What we build for people looking for a coach, we will describe here once it is real.

What we build

CoMentor: a look back after every session.

A Mac app for coaches, in a pilot from this autumn. Three steps, all on the coach's own laptop.

  1. The coach records the session

On their own Mac, as agreed with their client.

  2. It is transcribed there

Speech becomes text on the same laptop. Many transcription services upload the recording to a server to do this; CoMentor does not, so the session does not come to us or to any AI company.

  3. The coach looks back at it

CoMentor helps the coach reflect on the session, step by step, against the ICF core competencies, and arrive at the next session, and the next mentor hour, better prepared.

If your coach uses CoMentor

Your sessions stay with your coach.

On your coach's laptop

Your sessions are recorded, transcribed and analysed on your coach's own Mac. They do not come to WayWise or to any AI company.

Only if you choose

The only part of your sessions that can ever reach us is a de-identified transcript you have chosen to contribute. Your coach never gives that answer for you.

A no changes nothing

If you say no, or never answer at all, your coaching and how you work together stay as they are.

How contributing works

Who we are

A small team, in the Netherlands.

WayWise brings together people with backgrounds in coaching, psychology and technology. We would rather tell you about something once it is real than guess out loud.
